Terms of Agreement

Prices are subject to change, due to increase cost of foods, labor costs and taxes. Confirmation prices cannot be guaranteed until 60 days prior to the time the function takes place.

A down payment, in cash, to MAGRUDERS will confirm reservations. In the event of a cancellation, we will not be able to refund your down payment unless another banquet or party of similar size is scheduled for that time. Should you find it necessary to cancel your function less than 30 days in advance, you will be liable a charge equal to your deposit.

So that we may service your function properly it is essential that we be notified of the exact number of guests attending at least one week before hand. This confirmation is the minimum number will charge for. However, we will be prepared for a 5% overage.

We reserve the right to alternate function room if the original party has a drastic decrease in attendance or a larger party is booked.

Beer, liquor or wine cannot be brought into the banquet from an outside source.

Payments shall be made in full the day of the function. We do not accept credit cards or personal checks unless prior arrangements have been made. (A 4% service charge for all credit cards)

Sales tax and a 17% service fee will be added to all prices listed in banquet menu. All tax-exempt parties must inform MAGRUDERS in advance. You must present us with a tax exempt form by the day of your function, or you will be charged tax.

MAGRUDERS cannot assume responsibility for any merchandise or article left in the banquet area during or following the event. Room fee charged at our discretion.

Our professional staff will be pleased to assist you with any other buffet or dinner arrangements not found in these pages.
